Mental constructions shape the spaces that inhabit our bodies and the relationships established between them. We give a name, shared by all, to objects, places, and emotions, thus opening the door to sharing their meaning, to sharing the sense we wish to attribute to places and things. What language do we share for that which cannot or does not want to be transmitted? What symbols for that which gets lost in the midst of communication? Playing with abstract wooden structures isolated in the middle of space, small stages with clear references to theater, beneath them lies the idea that Junichiro Tanizaki pointed out in his essay In Praise of Shadows: the importance of both what is clearly seen and what is only intuited.
